Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What time can I check-in?

A. Check-in is anytime after 3pm. We can never guarantee early check-ins. You can call the morning of your arrival to see if we would have anything available. If we do have something available, check-in before 12pm would require a $35 early check-in fee.

Q. What time is check-out?

A. Check-out ends at 11am. Late check-outs are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please ask the morning of your departure if we have the availability.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. Guests can cancel anytime before 4pm the day of arrival as long as they book directly through the hotel. If you booked through a third party or as part of a group block, you may have a different policy.

Q. Is there an elevator?

A. Yes, we have an elevator in our lobby available for guest use.

Q. Are there any extra beds?

A. We have rollaway beds available on a first come, first serve basis. They would be an additional $10+tax per night. Please ask at check-in if there is one available for your stay.

Q. What if I forgot my toothbrush?

A. We have toothbrushes available at the front desk, along with other basic toiletries. This includes deoderant, razors, shaving cream, shampoo, feminine products, etc. These are provided at no cost to the guest. There is also a Giant Supermarket less than five minutes from the hotel that is open daily until midnight for anything we may not have.

Q. Does your hotel offer guest laundry?

A. Yes, we have a guest laundry area located near the lobby. It is open 24 hours a day. You may purchase detergent at the front desk for $1 per box.

Q. Do you accommodate large vehicle parking?

A. Yes, we have plenty of space for anyone driving a semi-truck, RV, or other large vehicles.

Q. Are you in the Poconos?

A. Yes, we are in the heart of the Pocono Mountains. Most attractions are 5-10 minutes from our location.

Q. Can I walk to attractions from your hotel?

A. It is not recommended. The Poconos is a very large area and it is suggested that you have your own transportation.

Q. Do you have a shuttle service?

A. No, the hotel does not have a shuttle service. Many guests rely on Uber, Lyft, or the Pocono Cab Company. The Pocono Pony Bus Route also passes right by the hotel and has a pickup location close by.

Q. Do you have smoking rooms?

A. No, we do not have any smoking rooms. Our property is smoke-free. No smoking is permitted indoors. This includes, but is not limited to: cigarettes, marijuana, vapes, and hookah. Failure to comply will result in a $250 fee and your removal from the property.

Q. What is your pet policy?

A. We accept pets regardless of breed or size. You would be restricted to the first floor and we would charge a pet fee of $18+tax per night.

Q. What if I am allergic to animals?

A. Please let the front desk know so that we can try to place you in a room upstairs. Please be advised that pets are allowed in common areas on the first floor. If you are highly sensitive to pets, this may cause a reaction.

Q. What policies do you have regarding your pool?

A. Our pool is open daily from 10am-10pm. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Food and drink are allowed in the pool area. No glass is allowed in the pool area, please ask the front desk or LOUNGE staff to provide a plastic utensils and cups if needed. There is no lifegaurd on duty. Towels are available to be signed out at the front desk.
